These Terms and Conditions set forth the general terms and conditions of your booking/reservation made through the encorenapa.com website for Encore (SAG BAR Ltd).

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Website, Services and entry to Encore (SAG BAR LTD). Events and ticket types where an age restriction applies are clearly indicated during the booking process. Please ensure that you read all the information that applies to the event you are booking and carry proof of age if appropriate.

• Dress Code: We maintain a smart casual dress code. Guests are expected to dress appropriately. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to those not complying with the dress code.

• Conduct and Behavior: All guests are required to behave responsibly and respectfully towards staff and other customers. Any disruptive, aggressive, or offensive behaviour will not be tolerated, and individuals involved may be asked to leave the premises.

• Intoxication and Substance Abuse: The consumption of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Excessive alcohol consumption or being under the influence of drugs will result in refusal of entry or immediate removal from the premises.

• Security Checks: For the safety of all guests, security checks, including bag searches, may be conducted at the entrance. Cooperation with the security staff is appreciated.

• Reservations cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded unless the event is cancelled, moved to another date, or if details of the event are significantly changed after an order is placed. All cancellations or alterations to reservations are entitled to a full refund up to 48 hours prior to the reservation date and time. A refund may be requested using the applicable form.

• A verification and confirmation email will be sent to the ordering party, accompanied by an invoice and receipt of payment thus confirming the reservation.

• Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, or performer for a variety of reasons. As soon as we are notified of any amendments, we will contact all customers by email or by phone if required. If the event has been cancelled, or if the Club will be unexpectedly closed you will be entitled to a full refund.

• In the event of an event being cancelled or postponed, Encore (SAG BAR LTD) cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred by the customer for travel, accommodation or any other related service.

• Any sales of physical goods made through our website are fulfilled by the local post services including security of delivery. In case you receive the products in an abnormal state, please inform us immediately presenting photos / documentation of the postage / package and of the state of the goods purchased. We will not be held responsible for loss of goods. If you had chosen the wrong size or colour, and wish to change, you need to pay the delivery costs for sending it back and for us to send you back the correct items. The goods should be in their original state and not used.

• Please note that our preferred method of contact is by email, so it is the responsibility of the customer to provide a valid email address, as well as telephone number. Encore Club will not be responsible for contact not made due to invalid details.

• The right to admission to an event is reserved by the promoter and event venue, who may take health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account at their reasonable discretion and may from time to time carry out security searches. No refunds will be offered to customers who are refused entry or ejected from a venue on account of late arrival, being (or appearing to be) underage as specified by the event organiser, declining to be searched, abusive, threatening, drunken or other antisocial behaviour, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, or making unauthorised audio, video or photographic commercial recordings.

• Reservations will be held for up to 30 minutes on their due date. After that, Encore reserves the right to give the reservation to another party, without refund. All reservations are made either online or through phone, and will only be valid if we receive the 20% of the amount upfront either through online payment, bank transfer or cash, within 24 hours from the time the reservation is made. Otherwise, reservation is not valid.

• We will not share your personal information for marketing or any other purposes without your consent unless where required by law. We will always respect your privacy and any personal communication between you and ourselves. We will always comply with any data protection legislation currently in force.
